A day in my pouch is some blog posts to show what a typical daily menu looks like in my own post weight loss surgery world. I clicked, I find out about the latest Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez dilemma (hey at least it wasn’t the Kardashians) and I tweeted this arbitrary comment. YWM2016 next week. THEREFORE I filled my bento box and ate within my desk.
I have 17 things on my list currently. Dinner: I baked some Salmon fillets in the center of the night last night. It was 105 last night (going to be 101 today big cool down LOL) so once I woke up at 2 AM I sliced up a lemon and sprinkled some salmon with olive oil and a store bought supplement blend. That’s about the only time I’m OK with the oven is on. 25 minutes later I was in bed for a bit with the majority of dinner done back.
Just before supper I tossed some foil packets of summer squash on the grill with the same treatment as the seafood (drizzle of olive oil, and sprinkle of seasoning mix) when these were done 20-25 minutes, shut the grill. I opened up the loaded (careful for vapor) and sprinkled some Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese on top. I ate the salmon cold. Snacks: Coffee each day. Sugar Free Raspberry Lemonade sticks the rest of the day. At the hottest area of the day I popped several Greek Yogurt Cubes in my mouth. I’ve a freezer bag of these in the summer always.
Did I eat over it? No. Yes, I needed to but I didn’t go there. The putting on weight has triggered me a great deal of emotional pain, more than I could ever describe really, but it was enough pain that I knew the diagnosis from the rheumatologist could not be filtered through food of any type. On Friday I QUICKLY received a more impressive blow.

I’ve distributed on here before that I’ve been dealing with some work-accidental injuries for a long time and have experienced the center of the worker’s comp world. It’s a place I hope no one that is reading this ever has to be a part of. Yesterday I made the decision that I had a need to stop a great deal of thought and get a good workout. THEREFORE I headed to my gym. It had been in the center of the evening with not too many people in the fitness center.
I found a fitness treadmill in the back row, which is where I like to go usually. I brought my iPhone with me to listen to music while I walked on the treadmill. This is something I do, so it’s not distracting for me. I extended my legs before starting the treadmill, so that it was feeling really good and I used to be getting pumped up to execute a few kilometers. At about 2-3 minutes into my warm up, where I walk slower to get ready for a faster speed, my mobile phone rang.
