MenScience, a leading men’s skincare, grooming and supplements company, expands on its type of acne treatment for men with the help of new Acne Therapy Lotion. Formulated with a concentration of 3% Benzoyl Peroxide, Acne Therapy Lotion focuses on blemishes and reduce acne-causing bacteria on the skin’s surface. Benzoyl Peroxide has been used by skincare professionals and dermatologists to treat acne extensively, but since it can cause inflammation and dehydration of your skin often, Acne Therapy Cream contains Green Tea also, Allantoin, Urea, and Panthenol. Each of these ingredients has been proven to possess moisturizing and water-binding properties, which helps balance irritation caused by Benzoyl Peroxide.
This is especially highly relevant to men’s skin care, as a recently available MenScience survey concluded that 85 of 100 men polled discontinue use of the acne product if their skin condition appears to redden or worsen after first-time use. Acne Therapy Lotion marks the second product to be introduced in the new men’s acne treatment line, along with the Acne Spot Repair. While Acne Spot Repair is intended for immediate treatment of blemishes (due to the high concentration of 10% Benzoyl Peroxide), once blemishes have been controlled, Acne Therapy Lotion is recommending to prevent future outbreaks and repair acne-stressed skin. Program continues on and absorbs quickly into the skin invisibly.

So, we think that there are folks who are sensitive to the chemicals and could develop allergy symptoms, asthma, and other medical issues. I worked well in the theatrical landscapes industry for 20 years for an ongoing company with no respiratory safety program, where urethane spray foam was used constantly. The thing about spray foam is that is doesn’t have an overpowering odor, making one less concerned about breathing the vapors. Stronger labeling by a manufacturer’s right on the canisters such as a large red Danger sign would be helpful for people who aren’t instructed properly and the company does not provide a MSDS.
In my last year at that company I developed chest pains and breathing problems. I did not suspect it was urethane vapors making me so ill. Incorrect mixing up will also sometimes emit fluids that will solidify and drip into timber and other porous materials never. Spray foam can be used commonly in the theatrical industry for such things as texture, large sculpture, and other applications that it’s not intended for. WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE ISOCYANATES?
Isocyanates have been used in America because the 1950s, and are produced by reacting an initial aliphatic or aromatic amine dissolved in a solvent such as xylene or monochlorobenzene with phosgene dissolved in the same solution. They contain two OASH-NCO canto organizations attached to an organic radical and respond exothermically with substances containing energetic hydrogen atoms to create a polymeric mass (polyurethane).
This polyurethane is then found in the creation of rigid or versatile foams, surface coatings, paints, electric cable insulation, adhesives, rubbers, and fibers. The most common kinds of isocyanates are toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI). TDI is popular for producing many paints and coatings, along with the versatile foam, which is utilized in making cushions for automobiles, furniture, and mattresses.
MDI is commonly used in the production of adhesives, vehicle bumpers, shoe soles, coated fabrics, and spandex fibers. It may also be found in paints. MDI can be used in the manufacturing of rigid foams and must be heated before leading to asthma-like conditions when inhaled as an aerosol. This makes MDI relatively less dangerous than TDI, so it has been replacing TDI in certain applications.
